I have a theory, I believe that the perp was riding around the neighborhood for the past few days, I think he targeted the house because the woman and the child were often out on the front porch. The guy works 12-14 hours a day so of course he wasn't there to be seen.

Same with me, I'll go out on the porch with the kids.

I believe that they were targeted because here in this town is a high number of single women with children.

But that is just my opinion.

I am going to get a tire iron, I have metal folding chairs also, hubby mentioned those. there is a steel samurai sword in my bedroom closet I was reminded about and a baseball bat too.

Eeek, so so sorry again for being late. I've just been really busy all weekend. I totally thought of it last night when I crashed to bed, and was like SHIT! lmao! Anyway, it's Teddy time! Neighbor guy came over. Told me what happened. Let me know that had he been in my place he would have done the same thing.I started to say I felt bad and he told me 'don't, you done what I'dve done, but here is what happened..."

What happened:

Two guys broke into the neighbor's house. Tried to rape his wife then fled when he woke and went after the guys. One guy fled and just vanished, the other had a gun and shot twice in the house, grazing neighbor's arm then took off on a bike. Thats when the neighbors came over to pound on the door and ask for someone to call the cops. Which I did once I was open eyed.

Then the assailant came back, still on a bike and high as a kite. THATS when the woman started shrieking "He's going to kill us, open the door!" The dude took the broom knocked the gun from the guy's hand and broke it across the assailants' head. He told me he hit the guy several times in the head and the guy didn't even flinch. When the cops arrived he ran up to the cops and I gather attacked one of them or something like that.

Neighbor told me to start keeping the dog inside.

I am going to do that. Poop or no poop.


You know what is freaky?
I found the window to my bathroom pulled out a-bit like someone tried to break in. Daughter pointed it out to me. I remember the dog barking like crazy in the back yard around eleven or so.

I am going to call the police station once I catch my breath.


I am soooo investing in a sledgehammer...
